Prelude I
(Ages 7 - 11)
The Prelude I Program offers students ages 7-11, 30 minute, one-to-one instruction that lays a strong foundation for young beginners in reading, rhythm, and musical expression.
Students explore a broad range of musical styles while learning to express stories and emotion through music. Lessons are active, imaginative, and thoughtfully structured — incorporating creative musical activities that reinforce each concept, leaving our students inspired to continue their progress at home.
Prelude II
(Ages 12 - 18)
The Prelude II Program offers students ages 12-18, 45 minute, one-to-one instruction designed to strengthen technical fluency, interpretive skill, and musical confidence.
Lessons emphasize expressive playing, technical versatility, and developing performance skill — whether in classical repertoire, contemporary works, or popular pieces. Students build independence at the piano through guided practice strategies, ear training, theory, and creative exploration.
Allegría Accelerated Academy
(Ages 7 - 18)
The Allegría Accelerated Academy offers a rare, masterclass-style environment where students of all ages cultivate technical mastery, interpretive depth, and experience the joy of performing with ease and distinction.
Designed for ages 7–18, the Accelerated Academy is the signature capstone of Allegría Piano’s program — where developing musicians transform into confident, expressive performers. Admission is by invitation or instructor recommendation from the Prelude levels. Every student is guided toward Academy readiness as part of our developmental pathway toward confident, expressive musicianship.​​

In small, 60-minute sessions of three to four pianists, students receive individualized instruction, guided ensemble work, and monthly performance workshops that build mastery, artistry, and stage assurance. The Academy is where young musicians refine their craft, deepen their musical understanding, and learn to perform with freedom and distinction. Progress in the Academy is accelerated by design — extended lesson time, peer collaboration, and a rich culture of performance inspire steady growth, artistry, and genuine confidence in expression.
